CREDA’s Developing Leaders program
If you work in commercial real estate and you are 35 or under, CREDA Pittsburgh’s Developing Leaders program is built to move your career forward, faster. It puts you in the room with the people shaping the region’s skyline and gives you a real role in the chapter while you are still early in your career.
This is where the next generation of Pittsburgh CRE meets the people already leading it. As a Developing Leader, you get:
- Direct access to the senior developers, owners, and investors driving the region, and a real chance to learn how they got there.
- A mentorship program that pairs you one on one with established industry leaders.
- A peer network of professionals at the same stage, building their businesses right alongside you.
- Discounted admission to CREDA events, project tours, and professional development all year long.
- Leadership that actually counts, from committee work to helping shape the chapter’s events and programming.
Any CREDA Pittsburgh member who is 35 or under is automatically part of the program, as long as we have your date of birth on file to confirm eligibility (proof of birth date is required).
